This is a great product that lasts longer than F-4 when properly applied. I use it on my "waxless" back country skis and it can be as effective as hot waxing. Just make sure your skis and wax are at room temp before you start. Clean up old wax with a brass or hard white brush and then apply wax evenly and thoroughly. I usually wait an hour before buffing with a firm blue brush and then glaze lightly with a white scrub pad. I do this the night before going out as the wax seems to take a set overnight. It lasts 3 to 4 hrs which is about as long as I do.
