Salomon Outsnap CSWP snow boots have been created with materials and technologies that offer impermeability, excellent grip on wet surfaces, cushioning, and protection so you can walk safely in the snow, after skiing, or in the city during the winter.
The ClimaSalomon membrane guarantees total impermeability against rain and snow so the foot conserves dry and warm at all times with these half-cane boots. The Contagrip MD outsole provides great grip on wet, snowy, dry or rocky terrains, while the midsole of Energy Cell gives you good cushioning and return of energy on every step.
In the upper, this winter boot has an anti-debris and synthetic mesh that repels water and avoids objects from the ground from entering inside. The Ortholite insole provides a feeling of freshness and comfort in the foot. The lightweight and slim design make these waterproof boots look very modern for use them in your daily activities.

Good first impression, I like the hybrid feel between a trainer and a winter boot. I haven't had them out in the snow yet so will have to hold judgement on performance in those conditions but I remain hopeful. I normally wear a size 9 but went for 9.5 as I have wide feet. The fit length wise is fine but the boot is still a touch narrow for me inside.
