Specially constructed for junior ski racers, aged around 10-14 years, the VPD Air Comp Jacket Jr features eight separate VPD pads carefully placed for complete protection across the arms and shoulders and complete freedom of movement.

The title says "vest", but the product description shows arms. I want to make sure it's the protector with arms - aka a jacket. On the POC web site, the vest does not have arms

The vest is just the name of this product. The jacket is protecting your arms when hitting the gates (at races), or when you fall down. It has two arms, it´s not quite a jacket. It is a very good quality.
