Klättermusen Bestla jacket

Bestla is a soft, warm and durable jacket that provides ideal wind protection for active trail hiking and trekking on colder winter days. It has full freedom of movement and is insulated so it doesn’t require a baselayer. The Bestla Anorak has a twolayer construction. The outer layer is a twoway stretch bio-based polyamide shell mixed with elastane for flexibility and durability. The inside layer is a quick-drying recycled biodegradable PrimaLoft® knitted liner to create light warmth and breathability. It features a slanted zipper opening on the front for easy access, and a 3D-adjustable hood for a snug fit. With reflective triangles on the back and front for added safety.

Technology:

WindStretch™:
- WindStretch™ is a softshell fabric with outstanding abrasion resistance and stretch to allow big movements. Well-suited for high-intensity activities the material also is ventilating, moisture wicking and dries quickly. WindStretch™ has very good wind resistance and we use it in softshell products where flexibility and durability are important. WindStrech™ will retain its visual appearance even after heavy use without losing color or pilling.
- WindStretch™ fabrics are bluesign® approved.
- WindStretch™ 180 g/m2 is versatile soft-shell with excellent durability and stretch. The fabric is a blend of 70% recycled polyamide, 20% polyester and 10% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent.
- Light WindStretch™ 159 g/m2 is our lightest, fast-drying and most stretchy softshell fabric. It is a blend of 85% recycled polyamide and 15% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent.

- PrimaLoft® Gold Active+ delivers the breathable warmth necessary to keep you dry, comfortable and regulated - from morning runs to alpine pursuits. PrimaLoft® Gold Active+ is a thermally efficient insulation that provides just the right amount of warmth, breathability and bidirectional stretch to keep you moving fast and free. The fabric can trap the excess moisture vapor that builds up during highly intense activities.
- Combine exceptional breathability, 4-way stretch and recovery, water resistant thermal efficiency and 55% post-consumer recycled fibres in PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Active+ and you have a garment that will withstand any activity and any weather.

PrimaLoft® Bio:
- Most products we use are made from materials that shed microfibers during washing and wear and. These microfibers are harmful and may pollute our oceans, landfills and waterways. PrimaLoft® Bio fibers were developed to return to the materials found in nature, in an effort to reduce the environmental impact of microfibers and garments throughout their life. Same great performance, but with a new holistic solution of the journey of a garment.

Oculus®:
- Oculus® is the group name for our polyester apparel fabrics, produced in accordance with our strict requirements for sustainability and quality. These fabrics can include a mix of polyester or Elastane to get the desired qualities.
- Polyester has close to no water absorption, high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and is very wrinkle resistant. This makes it ideal for use in outdoor packs and apparel.

Care:

- Machine wash on regular cycle at 30°c.
