With these on my skis I can ski hard and bumpy with no safety concerns and then I drop ,a side country line and climb back out, then climb up and out for more fresh lines. I have 3 sets now on different width skis. The one binding to rule them all! Stan in NZ

I already have a set, this is a second set for another pair of skis. This site has the best price anywhere for these Shifts. One of the two best resort/touring cross over bindings on the market. If you want a one ski/binding setup for this its either the Duke or the Shift. I like the Shift because its 200grams lighter per binding. Thanks Snowinn for the best price anywhere!

Brake sizing

Hi, i am thinking of ordering the atomic shift bindings to install them on my skis that are 90mm under foot, but i am also planning in the future to get skis that are around 98mm under foot. Should i go with the 100mm or the 90mm model? I am afraid that if i would get the 100mm model the brakes would be a bit too wide for my current skis. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have 100mm brakes on my 106 waisted skis but I doubt that 90mm brakes would fit a 98mm waist ski, however it might be possible with some bending. They do tuck in and up quite a lot when your boot is in so probably best you use the 100 brakes. Cheers Stan

What does it mean that the size of the bindings is 100 mm. Do the bindings have a size?

100mm is the width of the ski brakes. In my experience the 100 brakes will fit a waist width out to 104mm. I have a set of the 110mm brakes on 116mm waisted skis. So the specified widths are quite generous. Cheers Clive
