I bought this helmet as I have an incredibly large swede - 63cm and always struggle finding helmets that fit. While I can get this on, it is still tight on its largest circumference and prolonged use can leave red marks and isn't particularly comfortable; so if you too have a big noggin and are buying this as a big head option, try it on first! I'd say
