How does it work?
Polartec Power Shield fabrics feature a smooth, tightly woven face for abrasion resistance without the stiffness and noise of a traditional hard shell. A polyester velour back traps air and provides a high warmth-to-weight ratio, while a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish helps to shed rain and snow. All versions feature spandex or mechanical stretch for freedom of movement.
