Very comfortable light jacket

I bought this jacket for those sunny days that you are going to walk through the snow, and it fulfills its purpose perfectly. Light and very comfortable jacket, with hood that you can put on if the wind blows a little. I was looking for something that "takes away the cold and does not give heat" and fulfills this function. I was surprised that the jacket did not bring any labels mentioning the windproof membrane.
