The bike does not live up to their promise

I needed to get a roof rack quickly and therefore ordered with DHL express shipping and got a range of three promised delivery days. I did not receive a tracking number, so I emailed TradeInn without receiving a reply. I did not hear a whimper from BikeInn until three days after the last promised delivery date. By then I had already gone and bought another roof rack at Biltema. 1 week after the promised last delivery day, I received the package. You blame Coronavirus, but then do not promise a delivery date. For me, it was just an additional cost to shop with you and also buy express shipping unnecessarily. / Daniel Jonsson
