Very comfortable mid layer to wear underneath an insulated layer and shell layer for harsh environments or as the weather starts to get somewhat nicer as we start to head into summer to go running in. Just slightly bigger on the body than I expected but the arms fit true to size. For a tighter fit go down a size.
