I am satisfied with the product ordered. However, I had to pay 102 customs fees, taxes and handling on a 260 item purchased online at your home by selecting the "free shipping" option in addition. I was expecting to pay 15% tax (40), but not 40% !!! (102). I am therefore disappointed with my purchase at this level especially since there is no mention of these fees during the online transaction. It was the first time with you and also the last ...
