Good and warm boots. Foot number perfectly matches the Vans brand. I did not know what number to order and compare it with vans that I use regularly and are nailed.

It was mentioned that these turned out to be large, so I didn't order one size larger, which I normally do for boots and slippers. Returned and after 10 days still on the road and therefore still no refund. Back via Ups and pay 8 euros while the delivery was with relay point and this could be returned free of charge via relay but for returns it has to be via ups! And on delivery of a package at the gas station in Avelgem, no proof was provided, however asked 3 times but they don't say so.
