Merry christmas! According to the SCOTT website, the helmet model you indicate is for children and the measurements are: S: 51-55 Cms. M: 55-59 cm. I hope the information is useful. Greetings

We use size S for our 4 year old son (almost 5) and M for our 6 year old (almost 7). So it is for a child, but adjustable.
