The boot came in a timely manor, was delivered on time. When opening the box, I was glad to have received exactly what I ordered. Can't wait to get on the slopes with the boot. In terms of fit, it is a bit tight as I have a wide foot. I will have to get these moulded, but that was expected and I already knew this making the purchase. The nice clean look to these boots will have a lovey style in the pow.

When I placed the order I received an email with contradictory information, I did not know if it was canceled, if there was no stock, if it had been delivered or if it was in process, which made me doubt the real situation of the order. The next day, following the status of the order, the information was correct except the one offered by the carrier. A few days later everything was solved with exact indications, the order arrived without any problem and on the scheduled dates. It would be necessary to clarify the VAT of the invoice when they are consignments for the Canary Islands because it is not applicable. Now we need to make the adjustments (they should offer more information on how and where to do them) and wait until the winter returns to try them. The product arrived protected and in perfect condition.
