1.82cm tall with 102cm chest and 82cm waist. Size L fits great and it's barely noticeable under a shirt. It's light and will keep your back warm. Been using it for bike riding this summer and it stays where it's put. Great piece of kit.

Fits perfectly (size XL, I am 1.88 and chest girth is 114cm), and feels very comfortable. The belly strap is also very elastic and not at all stressful. It is also nice that the top of the back protector fits well on the body, which makes putting on a pull-over jacket much easier.
