Walking mechanism

-

The manual which comes with the binding refers to a walking mechanism for Back country skiing. From what i see this is not part of what has been mounted on the skies. This would be needed for mountain touring? Please advise

our experts answer

Hello, That "walking mechanism" is not for back country. That binding comes with the WTR technology, it is compatible with alpine boots and WTR boots to make walking easier with no compromise on safety and performance, due to the TÜV approved walk sole compatibility. Regards

Binding setting

-

There is a screw to adjust the binding release mechanism which you adjust based on weight and skill level. What do the numbers 5-12 signify and do you adjust front and back the same. I am expert skier weighing 120kg. Please advise

our experts answer

Hello, Numbers shows the tension adjustment on the front and back parts of the bindings, and it determines how easily your boot will be released from the binding. We do not adjust binding tension, we leave it like the supplier and factory sends us the product. We only adjust the binding length according your ski boot length (mm) Tension must be manipulated by the user. Regards
