Introducing the Kensingtonshort ski trousers snowboard trousers by Protest. These fantastic trousers are the ‘shorter leg’ version of our ever-popular Kensington snowpants. As part of our Geotech series, these trousers have 10K water resistance meaning that water is dispersed away from the body while the outside surface is waterproof and windproof. The adjustable waistband is closed using two press buttons. The bottoms of the legs are reinforced with Kevlar fabric. There are zippers at the ankle so that you can easily get your boots on and off. - Antislip waistband : On the inside of the waist there is an antislip band which means that this garment will stay in place however crazy the action gets.
- Critically taped seams: This means that the most important seams have been taped. Taped seams guarantee waterproof seams.
- Slim fit: This garment has a fit which is tailored to the body.
- Geotech 10.000 series: This number tells you how waterproof your garment is. If the fabric is 10k or 10 000 mm, this means you can place a square tube with inner dimensions of 30mm x 30mm over the garment´s outer fabric and you could fill it with water to a height of 10 000 mm before water would begin to seep through. The higher this number, the more waterproof the fabric.
- YKK zipper: This is an A-class zipper.
- Zipped bottom leg: There´s a zipper at the bottom of the leg to make it easier to get in and out of your boots.
