I had been watching the price of the Lange Race bag all season and no one came close to SnowInn. Many people had written negative reviews about shipping, customer service, etc., but my experience was positive. Knowing the product was coming from Spain, I was in no hurry, and as predicted, the bag arrived in about three week's time (to Seattle, United States), packaged extremely well. The initial tracking number that SnowInn emailed to me did not seem to get updated, but I was able to see the package's progress when I looked up the order in my account history. Overall, this was a good experience. Shipping was timely enough, they took great care in mailing, and the price was unbeatable. Thank you!
