Well made ski leashes. They come as a pair, one for each ski, in one fabric storage pouch. Easy to attach to skis and good bright orange color. I previously made my own and it cost as much as these better made leashes. I would definitely purchase again.

I understand that one end is tied to the ski, but how is it installed on the leg or boot? I have seen another model in which the bag is tied to the boot.

It should never be tied to the boot because the ski could hit you in the face if it jumps. What you do is put it between your pants and the boot, since it is tight there and when the ski jumps, as the pull is usually strong, the tape comes off...

You make a roll with the riibbon and then you put it under the rubber of the pant´s gaiter.

4cm wide 150cm long. If you´re going into really deep powder, I´d suggest buying 2 sets and sewing them together to create 1 really long set. I have 1 double set and 1 normal, for different conditions.
