There is no excuse not to carry them in your backpack. They work, and are very light. Why regret it when you reach that stretch of frozen spring snow. Not only will the climb be more pleasant,... but safer.

I upgraded to wider touring skis so the use of ski crampons was not new to me, these were just a wider version of my old ones but very high-quality and came in a nice carrying case I didn’t expect. My only complaint was it took about two weeks longer for delivery than expected but I’m sure that had something to do with the pandemic.

The flying of the Dynafit are perfectly adaptable to all ski 100mm down. Excellent grip on icy snow and light. I recommend them to all who provide challenging climbs with ice ability and hard snow. At this price a bargain.
