I live in black micro fleece half zips most of the winter at work. Columbia medium fits like a comfortable shirt - I usually wear one long sleeve T and another short sleeve T one on top of that under the half zip fleece. Fits perfectly with plenty of room to move around (this Columbia fleece is stretch fleece also) but not so much that it looks like you're wearing a coat indoors.

I've been a fan of this fleece many years! It's incredibly durable, packs well, and looks great. I'd love it if Columbia would return to a version with its logo on the breast in a more muted color as it was when it was first introduced, but no worries.
