My hands and feet are cold even in summer. The Black Diamond Super Light Mitts are pillowy soft in look and feel, my first impression was there is allot of insulation but they are light. If my initial impression was that the mitts may be too bulky, it was quickly replaced with awe on their maiden voyage. It was night skiing mid teens and breezy, I got on the lift and noticed my hands were warm, toasty warm. They stayed comfortably warm the entire night through last chair. They seem big like other set ups I´ve had in an effort to keep my hands warm, but they don´t feel overly big (the others did) in use. Getting them into the straps and holding the poles was much better than I thought it would be for the amount of insulation. The best set up I´ve tried for warmth and bulk vs ease of use. I´ve used them 6+ times this season and have no wear issues. I highly recommend the Black Diamond Super Light Mitts for no matter the conditions resorters looking for ultimate warmth and very little compromise.

Hello. Do Black diamond super light mittens have liner? If so, what is the design of this insert: thumb separately, 4 fingers together? Or do the thumb and index finger have separate pockets, 3 fingers together? Thanks for the answer. Best regards, Andrey.

Hi, Yes They come with lining, single thumb and 4 fingers together. Tested at -13• they are effectively warm and light.
