The first screen you will see when entering Snowinn will allow you to choose the country where you would like your purchase to be shipped to. The shopping cart will show you the transport charge every time you add a new product to it. In following visits, this screen won't be shown again because the cookies will save this information. To change the country of delivery, you should go to the "Change country" section on the menu bar. Please, be careful when choosing the country, otherwise we won't be able to send you the products (transport fees and taxes vary for each country).

There are two ways in which you can search for products on our site:

1. The search engine. Write the name of the product you need in the box, press the "Search" button and different options that match your search will automatically be shown on the screen. To broaden your search way, you can write several words in the search engine (for example, "Mares Seta") or simply write the name of your favourite brand.

2. The menu and its two displays. We have classified the products by families to make your search easier. Once you have selected the right one, a display will be shown with the subfamilies of products that are included in that family.

Once you have selected and seen the right product, you can continue your search in 3 different ways:

a. Click in the options of the menu "Offers" or "Homepage" .

b. Choose another product of the same family by looking at the pictures on the left.

c. Use the displays "Choose family" and "Choose subfamily".

How to buy a product?

All of the products shown at Snowinn can be ordered. Those which are available (the availability of every product is shown under the photo), will be shipped to you immediately. Those which are not currently in stock, will be sent to you as soon as we receive them. If the waiting time for backordered items is longer than usual, we'll send you a message to confirm that you still want the product. Be assured that we will not charge you for anything until the product is ready to be shipped to you.

If you want to buy a product, select the size, colour and quantity and press the "Buy" button. After this you will have to enter your country's postal code to be able to calculate the best shipping method for you.

Please read the descriptions given with the product photos to give you better insight into the products you are looking at. Some of the information given here can be very useful as it shows what is included with the product, information about the colours available, if there is any variations regarding the picture showed, etc ... Availability of the products

The availability of every product is indicated under the photos. All the products shown at Snowinn can be ordered, even those which are not momentarily in stock. Those which are available will be shipped to you immediately. Those which are not, will be sent to you as soon as we receive them. If the waiting time for receiving the backordered products is longer than usual, we'll send you a message to confirm if you still want the product. Be assured that we will not charge you for the order until it is ready to be shipped to you.

Transport

Snowinn usually ships by DHL.

How much is the shipping?

If the weight of the order is lighter than 100Kg, the transport cost will be shown in the shopping basket every time you enter a product. If the weight is heavier, you'll find a message in the Transport Charge field saying "Consult". In this case, the sales department will contact you to let you know how much the shipping will be. In both cases, you will always know the cost of the purchase before being charged for it.

How much are the Product Prices and Transport Costs together?

For your convenience all of our prices are shown online. Upon entering our website, please be sure to first select your country by clicking on "Change Language/Country." Our prices are clearly shown next to each product and simply by clicking on the "Buy" button, you enter an item into the shopping cart and the shipping costs will be calculated for you automatically. In this way you can see the full cost of your order before proceeding to the checkout.

How long does it take to receive an order?

In most European countries, you can choose between the following shipping options:

DHL Air Worldwide Express: express air service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 2 working days.

DHL Europolitan Express: road transport. Only available in domestic areas (mainland Spain). All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 5 working days..

If you live outside of European zone you can choose:

DHL Aire Worldwide Express: express air service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 4 working days.

You must select your preferred shipping method from the pull-down menu that appears in the shopping cart. This selection can only be made during the ordering process. The shipping cost depends on the total weight and dimensions of the products of your order and the full cost will be shown before proceeding to checkout.

Delivery times are approximately as there are something that can happened during the delivery, out of our control for example: the weather, an accident etc…

Does someone need to stay at home for the delivery?

Yes, for your safety someone has to be at home to receive the parcel. If this is not possible, please give us your work address or a friend/relative's address. And don't forget to warn this person beforehand.

What would happen if no one is at home when DHL deliver?

Don't worry.DHL will try again during the next weeks. After a few unsuccessful attempts, they will try to telephone you. If this is still unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the money for the products to you but not for the transport.

Is it possible to ask for a specific delivery time?

DHL drivers follow a fixed route, that cannot be modified. Please let us know the most suitable address to make the delivery easier: work address, relatives,etc.

Is it possible to ask for a different delivery address than the invoicing address (for example someone wants to send a present to a friend in another country)?

Yes, It's possible to send products to a different address than the invoicing address. But for customs subjects, the order has to be made under the recipient's name and address and in the local currency of the destination country. ALL THE FIELDS REQUIRED IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASE HAVE TO BE FILLED OUT WITH THE RECIPIENT'S DETAILS. On the other hand, we will ask you for confirmation and we will need your credit card address and your telephone number written down in the comments box.

Is it possible to stop an order when it has been already shipped to the customer?

No, it's not possible. Once the parcel has been shipped to the customer, there's no way to stop it. DHL, our carrier, comes every day to pick up all the parcels for customers at midday (Central European Time). All the orders placed before this time will be shipped and we are unable to stop them. If you want to cancel an order after it has been shipped to you, we'll refund the money you paid for the products but not for the transport costs.

IMPORTANT / Transport Restrictions: We are sorry but we can not ship to A.P.O. Military address or P.O Boxes, our transport partner requires that a physical street address be provided along with a telephone number.

We need to inform you that our transport Partners don’t deliver to a PO BOX or military zones. A signature on file is needed for a successful delivery.

Sales taxes and import duties

Will I need to pay the Value Added Tax (VAT)?

If you live in the European Union , yes. All the prices include VAT, but we deduct this amount when shipping to exempt VAT zones. If we are shipping your order to a tax-free zone within the EU, please indicate this to us in the field "any comment or special request?" when you make your order so we can remove the taxes accordingly at the time of invoicing.

If you don't live in the European Union , the prices do not include VAT.

Is there any extra transport charge not shown on the Website?

There isn't: the only transport charge you have to pay is shown in the shopping basket.

Will I need to pay anything else when the products are delivered?

If you live in the European Union, you won't. The price shown in your shopping basket includes the shipping and all other charges already. Excluding the zones that have added tax, eg Canary Islands, etc. If you live outside of the European Union, call your local Chamber of Commerce they should be able to give you full information straight away. You should tell them you want to import scuba equipment from the European Community.

Before selecting bank transfer as your payment method, please be aware that your bank will charge you an international transfer fee, therefore increasing the overall cost of your order. Refunds - Guarantees

You have 7 days after delivery to send the unused product(s) back for a full refund or exchange. Valid reasons for refunds are:

The product is the wrong size

The product is faulty or was broken in shipment

We sent you the wrong product (We apologise in advance!)

Snowinn will pay the expenses for the return of the product to us and for sending it back to you. We will repair or we will change the product as soon as possible.

WARNING: All costs incurred to Snowinn due to not contacting us or waiting for the"Return Authorization Number (RAN#)" or not attaching all documents received for returning will be deducted from the amount due by Snowinn to the customer. Snowinn will not pay for any cost incurred to the customer because of these reasons.

What happens in case of warranty problems?

We ship all equipment in the original packaging with manuals and warranties provided by the manufacturers. Snowinn will always guarantee the equipment for the same time as the manufacturer does. In this time we will repair or exchange any product as soon as we receive it.

Although most leading brands give an International Warranty we believe that it is unethical for us to sell the product and leave local stores with possible warranty claims. Therefore in case of problems just send us an e-mail and we will give you all the information to arrange a pickup on our cost to have your product repaired or replaced within days.

We are happy to inform you, that we are authorized dealers of all the products we sell and as such we will be happy to assist you with any warranty matter that may arise. If you should have any warranty situation all you would need to do is contact us at returns@Snowinn.com and you will be contacted on how to return the item to us, to be repaired/replaced by the manufacturer
